To stop a subscription’s future renewals, you can use your Account. Giving notice of withdrawal may also concern a refund or an agreement that has not yet been paid. You do not need to sign in, purchase another service or use the Account controls to send us that notice.
For a purchase shown in your Account, choose Withdraw from this contract, review your name and the purchase, then choose Confirm withdrawal. You can save the resulting receipt and see the email acknowledgment status there. The email and postal options below remain available.

What happens next
We will acknowledge your notice and explain any follow-up needed to identify the agreement, stop the relevant charges and process an applicable refund. This form does not require you to accept a fee, give up a right or share private journal content. Keep payment card details and passwords out of the notice.
If you only want to stop future renewals, say so in your message. If a payment is disputed or the service was not delivered as promised, you can explain that separately or use the payment-history controls in Account. Those controls do not replace your ability to exercise an applicable statutory right by a clear notice.
This service-focused form follows the information fields in the UK model cancellation form, Schedule 3 Part B. The applicable right and refund depend on the purchase and local law; sending this form is not an automatic payment-provider refund confirmation.
